Yes. All products are 100% sourced and processed in Indonesia, in collaboration with certified local producers from Java, Sumatra, and Sulawesi islands.

Yes, we can send product samples for quality verification. Buyers typically cover sample shipping costs, unless otherwise arranged.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. Generally, one 20-ft container (around 18–21 tons) is the minimum for bulk items such as coir fiber or charcoal. Trial orders are negotiable.
